We take pride in our products and hope they are well received - if this is not the case simply return the item in it's original condition within 14 days, let us know what the problem is and we'll rectify it or give you a full refund.

We never overcharge for postage and packaging - in fact no matter how many items you purchase for delivery in the mainland UK we charge a flat rate of £7 per order.

We have a strict 7 day dispatch deadline on all "off the shelf" orders and have 90% dispatched by the next day.

We strive to offer a fully comprehensive range of backdrops and backdrop support equipment. If we don't have it we find it. If we can't find it, we'll make it! Our customers always get the backdrop they are looking for.
